Cabinets


Semi-custom cabinets are stock cabinet sizes with a lot of extra detailing options. Semi-custom cabinets allow you to achieve a custom kitchen look without paying custom kitchen prices!
All cabinet boxes are constructed from plywood.

The face frame / door material can be: Birch, Maple, Oak, Eucalyptus Grandis or MDF. Click the Details button under the individual cabinet on the Cabinets page to view the construction details.
The Silver Series from the Full Overlay RTA line provides the best value; a great combination of color, style and price.
RTA stands for Ready To Assemble. You'll receive your cabinet or vanity in a flat box. You will need to assemble the pieces to build the actual cabinet or vanity. We provide assembly and installation instructions and videos with your order.
Assembly time ranges from 20 minutes to 45 minutes per box.
Full overlay cabinetry covers the entire face frame in framed cabinet construction; the door(s) are attached to the face frame.
Frameless cabinetry does not have a face frame; the door(s) are attached to the cabinet box side wall(s).

It depends on the cabinets you select, we offer both fully assembled and unassembled cabinets. We recommend only RTA cabinets for international orders to reduce shipping cost.
The Full Overlay RTA cabinets have sides matching the door color.
The Full Overlay RTA cabinets have interiors matching the door color.
All cabinets come standard with soft close doors and drawers EXCEPT the Silver Series from the Full Overlay RTA line.
Yes, all base cabinets have a toe kick. However, when spanning multiple base cabinets and/or spacers we recommend adding a longer toe kick to create a seamless look.
Yes, we offer bath vanities in all the same styles and colors on the Cabinets page. Most of our bath vanities are 34 1/2" high like kitchen cabinets.

Countertop


All granite slabs have the SAME quality; the levels indicate the rarity or availability of the granite which makes it more expensive.
There are many, many options for countertops, ranging from butcher block to stainless steel, slab glass, concrete, marble, and natural quartzite. These types are available by request, contact us for more information.
We offer six edge profiles: Bevel, Half Bevel, Half Bullnose, Pencil, Round T&B and Straight.

Most customers choose the Straight edge for Quartz.

Caribbean Customers


The founder of Terillian Cabinets lived in the Caribbean for 18 years; we understand the difficulty of getting quality supplies to the islands at a great price. We take pride in our customer service and delivering a great product at a great price.
Use our easy to follow, step by step instructions on collecting all the information we need to design your kitchen and / or bath.
We communicate via email, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp Messenger, Skype or phone; whatever method is easiest and most convenient for you. The communication process is very thorough because we want to cover all details before the order is placed.
We use Chase Bank for our business banking. Funds for your order should be wired directly to our business bank account.

We do not authorize anyone to collect money on behalf of Terillian Cabinets. Funds for orders should always be wired direct to our Chase Business bank account.
Yes, your order for cabinets and/or granite must be paid in full (no exceptions). Your order will not be submitted until the funds have been wired into our business bank account.
No, we do not have a preferred shipper. We will work with the Freight Forwarding Service of your choice. On very large orders we recommend filling an entire container instead of using an LCL (Less than Container Load) Freight Forwarding Service; we will help coordinate the shipment of the full container.
If you need items we don't offer, we'll purchase those items and add them to your order. We understand buying in the Caribbean has limitations and higher costs. We'll save you money by purchasing in the US and adding those items to your order.
We will place the order as soon as the wire is received. It usually takes about 3 weeks to receive the cabinets from the supplier, inspect the boxes for internal damage and replace if necessary, pack everything for shipping and deliver to your shipper of choice.
Absolutely, we highly recommend getting insurance!

Terillian Cabinets guarantees your order is well-packed and in great condition when delivered to the Freight Forwarding Service. Any damage incurred thereafter is the responsibility of the shipper IF you have insurance on your order.

Ordering


Terillian Cabinets' goal is to combine great customer service with a large selection of quality cabinets, granite and quartz at great prices for professional kitchen installers, remodelers, flippers or DIY homeowners.

Our business is streamlined with low overhead allowing us to sell cabinets and countertops at great prices passing huge savings along to you.
We do not offer customer pick-ups. Deliveries usually arrive within 5 to 12 days.
We offer a FREE initial kitchen or bath design using 2020 Design; some companies charge upwards of $125.00 per hour for design services. We provide 3D renderings of your kitchen or bath with your quote.
Your order will be processed when the quote is paid in full.
We accept credit cards (via PayPal), certified funds (money orders) and cash. We do not accept personal checks.

Our quoted price is always a cash price because we want to provide the lowest price possible to our customers. If you want to use a credit card, we will need to increase the quoted price by 2.9% to cover PayPal transaction fees (4.4% for international transactions).

Delivery / Shipping


Account for all items listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL) upon arrival. Small items like toe kicks and fillers are packaged together, open those boxes to verify the delivered quanity. Cabinets are shipped in individual boxes. Make note of any visible damage to boxes on the BOL and take pictures. Make sure the delivery driver is aware of all visible damage; have the driver add notes and pictures to the BOL before you sign it.

Failure to note problems on the BOL is treated as your acceptance of the delivery.

Immediately contact sales@terilliancabinets.com to report problems with your delivery (include pictures).
Shipping cost is based on the size of your order, weight of your order and your location within the United States. We will send you an exact shipping cost prior to placing your order.
We ship to various Caribbean Islands through Freight Forwarding companies. Contact us for more information.
Typical delivery times inside the United States are 5 to 12 days from the date of payment. Cabinets will be delivered to the curb, they will not be carried inside.
To request a replacement for damages or warranty, please send an email with order number and picture(s) to: sales@terilliancabinets.com.

Damaged items MUST be claimed within SEVEN (7) days of delivery.

Store Policy


To cancel your order, send an email with your order number and reason for cancelling to sales@terilliancabinets.com.

If your order has already been processed it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
There is a five year limited warranty on factory defects for most door styles. All painted door styles have a two year limited warranty.

Defective part(s) will be replaced and shipped using the most appropriate shipping method.
When freight is delivered please verify that your order is intact and correct BEFORE signing the driver’s delivery slip (BOL). Any incorrect or missing item claims will NOT be honored once a delivery is signed for. If any items in the delivery appear to be damaged or missing, please note on the driver’s delivery ticket (BOL) and send an email immediately to sales@terilliancabinets.com detailing the problem (MUST include pictures).

There are times when everything on a delivery looks fine, but when you open the box the item is damaged.

Please open all boxes at least 7 days from time of delivery. If you do not file a claim or submit a claim form in this time frame of seven (7) days, a claim cannot be filed and the item will not be replaced. Damaged item claims must be made prior to assembly and/or installation. Any damaged item that is installed or assembled will not be replaced.
