Always clean up spills as soon as they occur. Quartz countertops are stain-resistant, not stain-proof!
Quartz countertops are scratch-resistant, not scratch-proof. Do not cut anything directly on top of your countertop.
Do not place hot pots or pans directly on your countertop surface.
Lighter color quartz countertops are more prone to show marks and stains but these can be removed following the guidance below.
Daily Cleaning
Use a spray bottle with some Dawn Dish Soap and water to create a cleaning solution for your countertops. Wipe clean with a microfiber cloth.

Disinfecting
For disinfecting your countertops, use 70% isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber towel.
Removing Tough Stains
Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh scrubbing pads. You can try the following methods and cleaners to remove tough stains:
Option 1: Bar Keepers Friend - Soft Cleanser with a wet/damp microfiber towel and light pressure.
Option 2: Soft Scrub with Oxi Cleanser with a wet/damp microfiber towel and light pressure.
Option 3: Mix Baking Soda with a little water in a bowl to create a paste. Gently clean the stain using the paste and a microfiber towel.
Option 4: Try 70% isopropyl alcohol and a microfiber towel.
Although shown in a video below, we DO NOT recommend using Magic Erasers for removing tough stains from the countertop surface because it can alter the polish on the countertop surface and appear as a dull mark or area.
