Terillian Cabinets offers one free design and estimate per customer.
A $60 Design Fee will be assessed in the following situations:
- Complex Design
- Multiple Designs ($60 per design after the first free design)
- Too Many Revisions
- Switching Cabinet Manufacturers
- Cabinet Layout Requested
The Design Fee will be fully credited back to you when your order is placed. The Design Fee can be paid via credit card. The Design Fee is not refundable if the order is not placed.
We try to accurately display the true color of our cabinets. However, colors may vary based on the display device you use to view our website or social media pages. You agree the online cabinet color may differ from the real-life color you receive due to these limitations.

Every natural stone countertop slab is unique. You agree your natural stone countertop will have variations in the pattern or colors seen in pictures on our website or social media pages.
Stained cabinets showcase the natural wood grain with variations in color due to the wood species, grain pattern, and how the stain is absorbed, resulting in a unique, warm aesthetic where each cabinet can have slightly different color tones, highlighting the wood's character rather than a uniform look; essentially, the color variation is a natural feature of stained wood, with darker areas where the stain penetrated more deeply and lighter areas where the grain is more open.
Most appliances lose warranty when shipped outside the United States. In the event an appliance stops functioning, customer agrees to directly contact the Appliance Manufacturer for resolution. Terillian Cabinets does not have the expertise to resolve appliance problems. By ordering, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
We sell products that are manufactured by third-party companies. Any warranty or guarantee provided for a product is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
- We do not extend or offer any independent warranties for the products sold on our platform or through our service.
- The warranty period and terms for any product you purchase are strictly limited to the original manufacturer's warranty, if any.
We will not be liable for any product defects, failures, or damages that occur after the purchase, and your sole recourse regarding product quality or defects must be directed to the product manufacturer.
Items offered through our platform or service that are provided or sourced from third-party suppliers, vendors, or partners are subject to those third parties' own inventory, production, and discontinuation decisions.
No Guarantee of Continuous Availability: We do not guarantee that any third-party item displayed will remain available for purchase. Such items may become discontinued, out-of-stock, or permanently unavailable at any time without advance notice.
Estimates are usually valid for 30 days. However, prices are subject to change without notice. We will confirm your estimate total is still valid before accepting your payment.
Your Estimate is in U.S. Dollars
Estimates are based on the information available at the time of preparation. While every effort is made to ensure its accuracy, it is subject to revision. We reserve the right to correct any clerical errors, omissions, or inaccuracies upon discovery.
Our free Estimates do not list individual cabinets with their respective pricing and quantities. We provide the total cabinet cost for the provided design. We offer customers the ability to purchase and review their cabinet layout; this is encouraged before placing an order.
Terillian Cabinets strongly recommends customers purchase the detailed cabinet layout with measurements before placing an order. The Cabinet Layout can be purchased for $60 and will be fully credited back to you when your order is placed. The fee can be paid via credit card. The Cabinet Layout fee is not refundable if the order is not placed.
Terillian Cabinets does not create rough estimates. A rough estimate can set the wrong price expectation for a customer (too high or too low). We create designs and estimates based on real measurements and appliance sizes.
Volume, weight, or packing quantities (pallets, crates, boxes) requested during the Estimate phase are best guesses based on the order materials or design. The volume, weight, and packing quantities are subject to change after order fabrication, consolidation, packing and crating to ensure the materials can be safely shipped to the destination.
The cost to ship goods overseas is not included in your Estimate from Terillian Cabinets. Your overseas shipping cost is determined by your shipper / freight forwarder and paid to your shipper / freight forwarder.
Full payment is due for international orders before the ordering process begins. If a partial payment is received, your funds will be held until the remaining balance is sent.

Terillian Cabinets attempts to keep pricing on the website accurate and current. However, vendor prices are subject to change without notice. If vendor cost for an item has changed, your price will be based off the new vendor cost regardless of the pricing shown on our website. If that situation occurs, we will immediately update our website to reflect the new price.
Online prices are cash prices, your estimate will show the price to purchase using credit card. All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
Do not share charges on a wire transfer. Terillian Cabinets must receive the amount listed on your Estimate. Failure to receive the full amount listed on your Estimate will delay your order processing until the balance is received.
Estimates created 10/14/2024 or later can be paid via credit card (without an additional fee for credit card processing).
Agreement by Conduct: Acceptance of the terms set forth in the Estimate, Invoice, Payment Plan, or any related document, shall be deemed conclusively established by the Client's conduct, regardless of whether a physical signature is obtained on the specific document. Such acceptance by conduct includes, but is not limited to, the following actions:
- Receipt of Materials or Services: The Client’s acceptance of delivery of any materials, goods, or the commencement of any services detailed in the Estimate, Invoice or Payment Plan.
- Payment: The Client’s partial or full payment of the Estimate or Invoice amount.
- Use or Benefit: The Client’s use or retention of the delivered materials.
Effect of Non-Return: The refusal, failure, or delay by the Client to return a signed copy of the Estimate, Invoice, Payment Plan, or any other required documentation shall not constitute a lack of purchase, non-receipt of the materials or services, or a lack of agreement to the terms and conditions herein. The terms and conditions shall be fully binding and enforceable upon the Client as if the document had been duly executed and returned.
Terillian Cabinets will fabricate the countertops to the exact sizes listed on the Fabrication Plan. If the sizes are incorrect or need to be bigger, please indicate the exact measurements for the plan before fabrication begins.
For non-trivial kitchens and bathrooms, we will share the layout with measurements for review and approval before we begin processing or fabricating the order. The customer's approval confirms the layout and measurements are accurate for us to proceed with processing and fabrication.
We do full custom fabrication on stone countertops: cutting the slabs to match the layout and polishing the outer edges. We can also cut out the sink and polish the sink rim for undermount installation. For sink cut-outs and cooktop cut-outs, Terillian Cabinets must have the item on hand. We no longer make the sink or cooktop cut-out without having the item in our possession for review and measurement. We do not bore the faucet hole (unless requested). If the material is fragile, we will deny the bore request.
Drop-in sinks and drop-in cooktops have very large cut outs. For these items, we only cut out a small section from each of the four corners. The center material is left for the local installer to cut out using 4 simple, straight cuts; this is the recommended method when shipping a custom countertop. Sometimes if the material is fragile or if the layout isn't ideal for a sink or cooktop cut-out, we will not do the cut-out because we want to make sure the countertop arrives safely at your destination. We will refund the cut-out fee in these situations.
We strive to deliver custom fabricated countertops with no seams or minimal seams. Countertop Seam locations are selected by the following criteria:
- Minimize Waste
- Minimize Visual Impact
- Minimize Crate Volume
- Make Local Material Handling Easier
Sometimes we may not have an option for a seam location, the seam location may be dictated by the layout and the slab size for the order.
We do not ship countertop remnants unless specifically requested by the customer. Requesting remnants is not available for countertops sold by the square foot. Shipping remnants may result in an additional crating fee if the shipping crate has to be altered to accommodate the remnants.
Once payment is received, we will give you an estimated Order Processing Time. The Ordering Processing Time can change for many reasons. We will communicate the exact delivery date(s) when known. Our goal is to deliver your supplies as quickly as possible.
- Finality of Order: The order becomes final and non-cancellable at the moment order processing begins. This is to prevent material waste and manufacturing disruptions.
- "Order Processing" Defined: For the purpose of this clause, "order processing" is considered to have begun immediately upon the order being transferred to our fulfillment or production departments.
- No Refunds: We do not provide a refund for any part of a custom order canceled after processing has started, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
Fully assembled cabinets are non-returnable. Unassembled cabinets in original packaging may be returned at the customer’s expense. Returns are subject to a handling fee, delivery fee and the manufacturer's restocking fee.
Terillian Cabinets does not guarantee your entire order will be delivered at once to your shipper. Depending on the size and complexity of your order, it may take several deliveries to transport everything to your shipper. This is the most cost-effective approach for you. Consolidating your order has a higher overall cost.
We try to verify your entire order is in stock before accepting payment. However, sometimes items in your order could be subject to Backorder Delays outside the control of Terillian Cabinets due to global supply chain issues. If your order has items on Backorder, we will keep you updated on the status and deliver when available.
Terillian Cabinets will send an email to the customer and freight forwarder/shipper ahead of the delivery. The email will contain the Shipping Invoice and Shipper's Letter of Instructions. Hard copies of the Shipping Invoice and Shipper's Letter of Instructions are also delivered to a member of the receiving warehouse staff.
Terillian Cabinets follows the "Shipping Act of 1984" requiring the cost of products to be clearly stated on the shipping paperwork as part of compliance with customs and trade regulations.

Terillian Cabinets must be notified minimum 24 hours in advance of a scheduled delivery, if the Delivery Address is changing from what is listed on the Estimate / Invoice. Failure to notify the address change in a timely manner will delay your delivery.
Terillian Cabinets does not deliver custom countertops outside a 100-mile radius of Orlando, FL unless the countertops are packed for overseas shipment.
We will send delivery photos of your items when Terillian Cabinets makes the delivery. Sometimes items are drop-shipped; in these situations, we do not have delivery photos available.
We deliver to many shipping companies, some have large warehouses, some have small facilities. Your supplies are packaged for shipment and not intended to sit outside in the rain. The packaging is not waterproof. It is the responsibility of your selected shipping company to protect your supplies from the weather.
Terillian Cabinets strongly advises customers to have shipping insurance on their order. In the event something is damaged during shipment, you will have recourse with the shipping company for those damages.
Time is of the essence when making a claim. Almost all vendors will deny a claim 30 days past the purchase date. If you have damaged or missing items, please contact us ASAP. Take many pictures of the damaged items including pictures of any damage to the crate or boxes. Do NOT assemble cabinets if you have damage and you want to file a claim. Most vendors will deny a damage claim if the cabinet has been assembled. If your Claim is denied by the vendor, we will work with you on the best solution to resolve the issue.
We have developed many processes including checks and reviews throughout the design, estimation, ordering and fabrication stages to make sure your order will arrive as expected. On the rare occasion where an issue arises with our products or services, we're committed to providing a practical and reasonable solution. Our goal is to find a fair and effective resolution that addresses your concerns while considering the circumstances of the issue at hand; this may include but isn't limited to, repair, replacement, alteration, modification, refund, or a credit for future services.
Terillian Cabinets is not responsible for shipping cost to your island or import duties. This applies to all situations; the responsibility of Terillian Cabinets ends when the delivery is made to your shipper.
This applies to some U.S. orders outside the state of Florida. It does not apply to international orders. Terillian Cabinets is based in Florida and may not collect sales tax in your state based on economic nexus requirements. If your Invoice does not include sales tax, you are responsible for paying Use Tax on your order.
When a customer agrees to give a testimonial to Terillian Cabinets on Facebook, Google or via WhatsApp, said customer is allowing Terillian Cabinets to use a public profile picture (from Facebook or WhatsApp), full name and location (Island or City/State) in their testimonial on social media and web. A testimonial will remain active on any single platform or multiple platforms and may be used in social media posts. Terillian Cabinets will remove a testimonial social media post or an entire testimonial at a customer's request.
Our service may, from time to time, share with you the contact information, profiles, or details of independent contractors, service providers, or other third-party professionals (collectively, "Contractors").
WE DO NOT VOUCH FOR, GUARANTEE, OR ENDORSE ANY CONTRACTOR.
You understand and agree that:
- We act only as a referral or introductory service and are not an employer of, or in a partnership with, any Contractor.
- We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, qualifications, reliability, background, insurance coverage, or capabilities of any Contractor.
- It is solely your responsibility to independently investigate, vet, interview, and verify the credentials of any Contractor before hiring or engaging them.
- Any contract, agreement, or relationship you enter into with a Contractor is strictly between you and the Contractor. We are not a party to that agreement and are not responsible for any services they provide or any damages that may arise from their work.
By using our service to connect with Contractors, you expressly waive any claim you may have against us for any acts, omissions, or liabilities of those Contractors.
A waiver by us of any specific term, condition, or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any other term, condition, or provision of these Terms and Conditions, nor shall it be construed as a permanent or ongoing waiver of the same term, condition, or provision.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Any waiver of a term, condition, or provision of these Terms and Conditions will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
