How to Request a Price Match

Before placing your order, send your itemized quote or active product link along with your delivery zip code to TerillianCabinets@gmail.com or via WhatsApp. Our team will review the specs and respond within 2 business days.

1. Qualifying Competitor Requirements

To qualify for a price match or price beat, the competing offer must meet all of the following criteria:

- Legitimate Supplier: The competitor must be an authorized, licensed dealer or manufacturer operating a verified e-commerce store or brick-and-mortar showroom. Auctions (e.g., eBay), liquidators, wholesale club closeouts, and peer-to-peer marketplaces are excluded.

- Written Documentation: Price match requests require a formal, itemized, and dated written quote or active product URL. Verbal quotes, screenshots without verifiable dates/URLs, and handwritten notes will not be accepted.

- Timeframe: The competitor's quote must be current (typically issued within the last 14 to 30 days).

2. Product & Scope Equivalence ("Like-for-Like")

The guarantee applies strictly to identical or equivalent specifications:

- Construction & Materials: Cabinets must match in material quality—including box construction (e.g., 1/2" or 3/4" grade-A plywood vs particleboard/MDF), door material (solid wood vs. HDF), hinge hardware (soft-close vs. standard), drawer box style (dovetail solid wood vs. stapled), and finish processes.

- Dimensions & Style: Cabinet styles, door overlay types (full vs. partial), and exact dimensions (width, height, depth) must be identical across the entire door-by-door line item list.

- Assembly State: Unassembled RTA quotes are matched only against flat-pack RTA quotes. Assembled cabinet quotes are evaluated separately.

3. Total Delivered Price Calculation

Price comparisons are based on the total bottom-line price:

- Calculations must include itemized cabinet costs, applicable freight/shipping fees, fuel surcharges, liftgate charges, and processing fees.

- Local sales tax and optional services (e.g., inside delivery or professional assembly) are excluded unless offered identically by both vendors.

- Because shipping costs vary by region, we compare the total delivered quote to your zip code/destination. Differences in regional freight costs are evaluated as part of the total landed price.

- For export orders, price matches apply strictly to standard curb-side or port delivery. Custom crating, ocean freight, customs clearance, and port handling fees are evaluated only when identical service levels are quoted by both vendors.

4. Exclusions

The Best Price Guarantee does not apply to:

- Clearance, closeout, discontinued, damaged, open-box, or display-model items.

- Competitor pricing resulting from coupon stacking, site-wide flash sales, financing promotions, trade/volume contractor discounts, or rebate errors.

- Quotes where products are out of stock or unavailable for delivery within standard lead times (e.g., within 2–4 weeks).

5. Verification & Final Discretion

- Verification: The seller reserves the right to contact the competitor to verify quote authenticity, product availability, and shipping costs.

- Timing: Requests must be submitted prior to placing the order.

- Stacking: Best Price Guarantee adjustments cannot be combined with existing internal promotional codes, seasonal sales, or trade account discounts unless explicitly permitted.

- Profitability Exemption: We reserve the right to decline any price match request where the total landed match (item price + freight) would force the sale below our direct operating cost.

- Terillian Cabinets reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Best Price Guarantee policy, or to deny any individual price match claim, at our sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unauthorized reseller quotes, or abnormal market volatility. Any policy changes will apply only to claims submitted after the date of modification.
