I saw an add on Facebook for Terillian, and although I was initially skeptical to reach out … I thought ‘what do I have to lose?’. I sent an inquiry late one night, and first thing the next morning, I received a response. I was asked very specific kitchen questions regarding what I was looking for in my kitchen, was provided links to very simple online catalogues with different options for cabinets, countertops, faucets and sinks … sent my selections … and was pleasantly surprised to receive a 3D image of the kitchen roughly 24 hours later! The kitchen was exactly as described! Admittedly, I was a bit ‘scared’ to find out the cost … but having requested an estimate based on the agreed design I was beyond pleasantly surprised to find that the quoted price was EXTREMELY attractive! I also noted that being aware that the kitchen was to be exported out of the US, the price quoted was exclusive of sales tax! I would highly recommend Terililian … timeliness of response, understanding of requirements, professionalism and efficiency are second to none!

The service that was provided to us was exceptional. Very prompt in responding to emails and keeping in contact. They gave us step by step directions on how to do the measurements of our kitchen and bathrooms. Although they are in Florida and us in the Caribbean the process was very smooth.
