I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Terillian Cabinets for the purchase of cabinets for my home. Although I haven't received the cabinets yet, I wanted to share my positive experience with their customer service. From the initial inquiry, Terillian Cabinets demonstrated an impressive level of responsiveness. They were quick to reply and went above and beyond by providing a free 3D rendering along with complimentary revisions. The 3D rendering service not only helped me visualise the final product but also showcased their commitment to customer satisfaction. One standout aspect of my experience was the efficiency of their team. Despite the cabinets not being in my possession yet, Terillian Cabinets managed to expedite the process by delivering them to the shipping company a week ahead of the promised time. This proactive approach not only instilled confidence but also exceeded my expectations. I saw an add on Facebook for Terillian, and although I was initially skeptical to reach out … I thought ‘what do I have to lose?’. I sent an inquiry late one night, and first thing the next morning, I received a response. I was asked very specific kitchen questions regarding what I was looking for in my kitchen, was provided links to very simple online catalogues with different options for cabinets, countertops, faucets and sinks … sent my selections … and was pleasantly surprised to receive a 3D image of the kitchen roughly 24 hours later! The kitchen was exactly as described! Admittedly, I was a bit ‘scared’ to find out the cost … but having requested an estimate based on the agreed design I was beyond pleasantly surprised to find that the quoted price was EXTREMELY attractive! I also noted that being aware that the kitchen was to be exported out of the US, the price quoted was exclusive of sales tax! I would highly recommend Terililian … timeliness of response, understanding of requirements, professionalism and efficiency are second to none!

In my search for kitchen cabinets I came across a Facebook page [Terillian Cabinets]. I liked many of the designs posted so I decided to reach out to them. After a few design and color changes, I found the perfect kitchen that my wife and I really liked. To my surprise the company was based in Florida which is perfect living in the Bahamas, it's only a 35 min flight away. So I made the decision to meet up with the proprietor in Orlando, reviewed the samples and was sold. Amazing prices. I live in the Caribbean on the island of St Croix. Quality built-ins and fixtures are very hard to get here most of the time. Then my contractor suggested Terillian Cabinets. He stated that Terillian had a good quality product, wonderful service, fair pricing and could also do quality shipping to any freight forwarder. I found that dealing with Terence at Terillian Cabinets was a seamless process! I ordered a vanity with a matching countertop storage tower as well as two undermount sinks and a quartz vanity top. Terence was able to send me a drawing and rendering of how the vanity and top would fit into the space. He also found a matching vanity top tower for us that we really needed. Lastly, he had the entire unit, top and tower built and shipped within just a week. Before we knew it, the merchandise was packaged for overseas travel and delivered to the freight company for shipping to St Croix. As a Caribbean customer who knows it is hard to find quality materials on island, I cannot sing enough praises for Terence and Terillian Cabinets! I will be recommending them to a friend who is building a home here in paradise.

They were so supportive, guiding you all the way, and you have access to them with any questions, concerns, additional requests… anything pertaining to your cabinets they will answer and fulfill… Initially I was skeptical about sending measurements and floor plan to a company to build my cabinet, but they erased all my fears.. As long as your measurements are good and you send a pic and sketch of your plan, they will deliver 100%.. They also send pics so you can see what it will look like before making any payment. No payment is requested until your are satisfied with everything.. They also delivered at my chosen shipping agent exactly 2 weeks after receiving payments; as promised by them..They’re awesome.. Finally… the 💲 was so much less than the competition and you get quality material.. If your require hard wood, be sure to make that known. I got hardwood and the quality is amazing.. Thank you
