Step 1: Cabinet Shipping

Most of our cabinet and vanity exports are RTA; RTA means Ready To Assemble or unassembled. Unassembled cabinets save you a lot of money on inland freight and overseas shipping costs.

Cabinets are usually packed in individual boxes, although some manufacturers package the cabinet box and the door/drawer faces separately for each cabinet.

Shown below are examples of RTA cabinets packaged and delivered to the freight forwarder in Fort Lauderdale, Jacksonville or Miami for overseas shipping.

Cabinets with Loose Box

Depending on the size of your order, you may receive standard pallet(s), long pallet(s) and loose boxes containing large panels or trim molding.

Step 2: Assembly

After unpacking your pallets, you'll have a lot of individual cabinet boxes to assemble.

We provide cabinet assembly videos. Experienced kitchen installers can assemble a wall cabinet in under 20 minutes.
